It is not clear whether the existing access <br />road or the area marked "leased access" is <br />to be used as the access to the operation <br />(see comments, exhibit D). <br />The area marked Existing Access is to be used as <br />access to the operation. At this time we do not <br />see the need to construct a second road through <br />the good farmland in the leased access area. <br />3.
