The winter was mild with little moisture. Approximately 2.7 <br /> acres were seeded on the southwest end of overburden dump from Cut 2, <br /> in late May 1982. The varieties and quantities are tabulated under <br /> Section (4) . <br /> Two thirds of the fill material in the north end of Cut 1 and the old dump <br /> and the overburden dump from Cut 2 are covered with topsoil and ready for <br /> planting. <br />
