As you will notice there is a comment concering the proctor <br />value we are using to determine if the pile has been compacted to 90%. The <br />reason for this comment is because we have been coming up with compaction <br />values between 100% and 105%. Therfore, when we we go back into full pro- <br />duction and start adding refuse in large amounts I will send a sample of <br />the refuse to the lab and have a Standard Proctor analysis ran on the <br />refuse. <br />If you have any questions or comments concerning this certification <br />please feel free to call me at the mine office. <br />Sincerely <br />S~tt Jone~ <br />Environmental Coordinator <br />
