Flaw Measuring Device <br />If not already a part of the permitted facility, within ninety (90) <br />days after the effective date of the permit, a flow measuring device <br />shall be installed to give representative values of effluent <br />quantities at the respective discharge points. Unless specifically <br />ezempted, or modified in Part I.B.2 of this permit, a flow measuring <br />device will be applicable at all designated discharge points. <br />At the request of the 4later Quality Control Division, or the <br />Environmental Protection Agency, the permittee shall show proof of <br />the accuracy of any floe-measuring device used in obtaining data <br />submitted is the monitoring report.
