However, this road is heavily used by the gas industry, ranchers, and others. It is <br />highly unlikely that the road will ever be permanently closed as it serves as a main access road to public (U.S. <br />Bureau of Land Management) lands m the area. ° The total reclaimed acreage includes the 53.43 acres of public <br />road noted above. <br />
