All requirements were met.
CYCC Response
No response necessary.
MLRD Concern
Water Quality Analysis
Bedrock Wells
1. For the September 28, 1990 sample of Well SP-Sa the results for dissolved iron and
molybdenum are missing. Please explain.
CYCC Response
CYCC wishes to clarify that we1108-SPSa is a spoil well rather than a bedrock well. Results for
the parameters in question are
as follow: dissolved iron <0.02 mg/1
dissolved molybdenum <0.05 mg/1
MLRD Concern
Alluvial Wells
1) Quality is reasonable and appears in line with baseline values; however, a trend is apparent
concerning slightly higher iron and molybdenum.
CYCC Response
No response necessary.
MLRD Concern
Spoil Wells
1) It is noted that conductivity, TDS, and hardness are very high; however, no undesirable
impact at Site 29 is apparent.
CYCC Response
CYCC wishes to clarify that Site 29 is a surface water monitoring station rather than a spoil
well. CYCC does however concur with the assessment that Site 29 does not show an undesirable
impact.
