The report <br />is complete and timely. The Division notes that that refuse was being placed and that <br />surface drainage was adequate. The report is, with the exception of configuration of the <br />northern end ofthe pile [Rule 4.09.1(11)(b)], consistent with observations by the <br />Division (Division inspection report of 19 July 2006). <br />Yours truly, <br />yL- /r.
