The Financial Warranty for <br />this operation is $30,576.34, the permitted area is 606.96 ac. ± <br />and the pit is divided into 18 Reclamation Phases. Stages 1 thru <br />5 cover an alluvial deposit and run along the river, Stages A thru <br />H (8) are a terrace deposit above the river and Stages V thru Z (5) <br />are part of the Plant Site or areas mined before the law and are <br />currently being backfilled as part of the reclamation plan. <br />As required in Rule 6.7 (1) and (2) the mine permit sign has <br />teen installed a: the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been <br />outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. <br />Please refer to the maps attached for location of the areas <br />discussed in this report. We have used excerpts from the large <br />map. Map #1 shows the area where mining took place in Stage 1 and <br />Map #2 shows the area where mining will begin this year in Stage 2 <br />and D.
