Wet material from the <br /> clean out of [he OV WM sediment which originally failed <br /> to meet compaction requirements was dug out and <br /> recompacted successfully. <br />3. The etdsting drainage pattern was <br /> maintained around the perimeter o[ the pile to protect <br /> outslopes and duect drainage to ditches at the toe of <br /> the pile. <br />4. Present height of waste material? Highest height approtutnately 94.0 feet. <br />5. New bench constructed? N <br />6. Refuse material outslope placed at Y Slopes were checked for proper placement periodically <br />1V:2H outslope? during construction. <br />7. Adequate drainage on top of completed Y Grading was maintained on top of completed fdl lifts to <br />Fill? ensure proper drainage from the top of the pile. <br />8. Bench drainage adequate? Y Bench drainage was maintained throughout the quarter. <br /> See item 3. <br />9. Outslopes covered with 4' non-to>oc, N Slopes construced during the first quarter of 1994, on <br />non-combustble material? the northeast side of the pile, were not covered in <br /> anticipation of a pile design modification to increase the <br /> width of the pile in this area. <br />10.
