Enclosed is a new page for the 1993 AHR which provides an assessment <br />of hydrologic impacts of mining. <br />2. See 1. above. <br />3. Since the mine is dry, the water imported to the mine equals the <br />water consumed in the mine. Enclosed is a new page for the 1993 <br />report which includes this information. <br />1994 Annual Hydrologic Report <br />1. Enclosed is a new page for the 1994 AHR which provides an assessment <br />of hydrologic impacts of mining. <br />2. See 1. above. <br />3. Enclosed is a new page for the 1999 <br />report which includes this information. <br />General Recommendations and Questions <br />1. The map provided which shows the location of all the monitoring <br />sites has a note on it which refers to Map 6 for the location of the <br />springs in Lone Pine Gulch. Evidently this is does not satisfy the <br />Division. Enclosed is a copy of Map 6 for the 1994 AHR. <br />2. A technical revision to add the North Fork upper and lower <br />monitoring sites to the monitoring program will be submitted under <br />separate cover. <br />3. No response required. <br />4. A technical revision to add the AA1 and AA3 completion diagrams to <br />the permit will be submitted under separate cover. <br />5. Enclosed are new pages for the 1992, 1993 and 1994 AHR's which <br />include the casing elevation, ground elevation, and bottom elevation <br />of the alluvial wells. <br />6.
