Germination of the grasses planted in Cut 5 is' <br />disappointing, however, it may improve after the winter <br />months. The large tree transplanted on the western edge of <br />Cut 1 is doing fair, many of the needles on most branches <br />show stress but there are a few that appear vigorous. <br />7. Estimates of the Location and Number of Acres to be affected <br />in the Coming Year. <br />Mining in the next cut may not commence until 1991, but a <br />request for bonding of the next area may be submitted in late <br />1990. <br />S.
