'The reason' <br /> for this exceedances was the clarifier sludge rake <br /> drive. A shear pia fell out of the drive and was <br />' unnoticed for a couple of days. Hy the time it was <br /> noticed, the sludge in the clarifier, after sitting <br /> <br /> <br />• for three (3) days, had turned septic. When the _ <br />.. <br />~~ ~ problem was found, it vas immediately corrected. The <br />•- _ sludge return w.as opened to £ull ieturn and all of the <br />- .- bad sludge wii& airated as feet' as' possible.
