This pit was operated by a Associated Aggre- <br />gates, Inc. a sister company to Albert Frei and Sons, Inc.. The <br />assets of the companies were merges and Albert Frei and Sons, Inc. <br />is the surviving company. Attached is a copy of the Department of <br />State Certificate form from the Secretary of States office <br />verifying the change. The bond has always been posted by Albert <br />Frei and Sons so no changes are necessary at this time. <br />Operation continued as approved in the July, 1985 Amendment. <br />This pit ETAS Ri07 been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS <br />operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for <br />this operation is $41,000 the permitted area is 125.88 ac. ± and <br />the pit is divided into 6 Reclamation Phases. A sign that conforms <br />with rule 6.7 Signs and RflBPItePS was installed at the entrance to the <br />pit this year. Please refer to the Annual Report map for the <br />location of areas discussed in this report. This is a quarry <br />operation, as a result we remove large amounts of material without <br />disturbing large areas of land. <br />
