The annual hydrologic report shall contain at a minimum: The report is in compliance with this rule. The report is to be submitted to the Division by April 1 following closure of the report yeaz (Permit, page 4.05-11). The report was received in the Division on March 31, 2003. Water monitoring requirements are identified on pages 4.05-11 through 4.05-14 of the permit. There aze two surface water-monitoring stations on Goodspring Creek (New Upper Goodspring Creek station located upstream from mining activities, and Lower Goodspring Creek station located below mining activities). There is one surface water- monitoring station on Taylor Creek (Lower Taylor Creek below mining activities). There are two groundwater-monitoring wells on Goodspring Creek (North Goodspring Well located downstream of mining activities and the A6 well located upstream of mining activities). There is one alluvial monitoring well (Gossard Well) located down gradient from the Gossazd Coal Loadout facility. Data concerning these wells is presented in Exhibit 4 of the report. The outfal-s identified in the table above are monitored in compliance with a Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) permit. Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) are submitted to the Colorado Division of Public Health and Environment, with a copy to the Division. These reports are included in this report by reference.
