The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at a minimum: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The report is to be submitted to the Division by April <br />1 following closure of the report yeaz (Permit, page 4.05-11). The report was received in the <br />Division on March 31, 2003. Water monitoring requirements are identified on pages 4.05-11 <br />through 4.05-14 of the permit. There aze two surface water-monitoring stations on Goodspring <br />Creek (New Upper Goodspring Creek station located upstream from mining activities, and <br />Lower Goodspring Creek station located below mining activities). There is one surface water- <br />monitoring station on Taylor Creek (Lower Taylor Creek below mining activities). There are two <br />groundwater-monitoring wells on Goodspring Creek (North Goodspring Well located <br />downstream of mining activities and the A6 well located upstream of mining activities). There is <br />one alluvial monitoring well (Gossard Well) located down gradient from the Gossazd Coal <br />Loadout facility. Data concerning these wells is presented in Exhibit 4 of the report. The outfal-s <br />identified in the table above are monitored in compliance with a Colorado Discharge Permit <br />System (CDPS) permit. Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) are submitted to the Colorado <br />Division of Public Health and Environment, with a copy to the Division.
