Necessity for Runoff Control Alternatives. <br />The Colorado State Dischazg⢠Permit (Page 15) requires that <br />runoff control alternatives be considered }~ the Waste <br />Rock Pile Studp demonstrates that elevated coaceat:ratioas <br />in excess of effluent limitations occur as a consequence <br />of runoff or seepage from the waste rock piles. T'he absence <br />of such elevations in stream concentrations for all measured <br />parameters eliminates the necessity for any further <br />consideration of such alternatives. <br />L~J <br />44 <br />
