<br /> <br />In the permit renewal this winter, it will be proposed that <br />all monitoring at this site be discontinued, especially in <br />light of the fact that seventeen years of data have been <br />collected at this well. <br />2. In spite of what Table 7-81 indicates, all wells requiring <br />~\ " , the short list have indeed had the long list used since the <br />~nNl"` spring of 1987. All comments in the preceding item also <br />hold true for well Gw-821-LWI, except for the fact that it <br />Yom'"°S is downgradient of the fly ash pit. <br />3. Only one well, Gw-842-W, has been listed as being <br />contaminated. The attached water quality and <br />milliequivalent reports indicate anomalously high values of <br />pH, TDS, sodium and chlorides. Also attached is a November <br />21, 1985 letter to your Division explaining the history of <br />this well (item 2). <br />Surface water <br />1.
