The analyst observed clear evidence of matrix interference on the sample chromatogram.
The laboratory control sample duplicate and matrix spike in QC batch 0025146 exhibited spike
recoveries for 2,4,5-TP above the established convol limits at 94% and 9296 respectively. Due to recent
' improvements in the extraction process for Herbicides, the percent recoveries are improving for the 8151
analyzes and the control limits are being revised accordingly. These recoveries are considered to be in
control and no corrective action was performed.
OPP Pest 8141 A
' Samples DOA140232-007, -0O8, -009 and -010 exhibited surrogate recoveries above the established
control limits due to matrix effects. The MS/MSD performed on sample -009 exhibited spike and
surrogate recoveries above the established control limits. The analyst observed clear evidence of matrix
interference.
t Sample DOA140232-011 was analyzed at a dilution due to the high concentration of target analyzes. The
surrogate recoveries could not be calculated as a result of this dilution.
1

1

1
