Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(ii) Water quality data obtained from each monitoring site during the water

<br />The report is in compliance with this rule, with the exception of a sample from the TCS-1 well,
<br />and that April monitoring results have not been reported since 1996 for some sites. See the table
<br />below. The data for this report is requested of the operator. A statement in the report indicates
<br />that the range of data was adequate to capture the peak runoff volumes in Trout Creek.
<br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii) If required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and
<br />identification of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance.
<br />The Division has made no such requirement, but interpretations are presented. Trends in surface
<br />and ground water quality are discussed, and there is a summary statement that all values for TDS
<br />are consistent with the probable hydrologic consequences projections (page 9 of the report). See
<br />the discussion below under Probable Hydrologic Consequences.
