required "constructed in compliance with approved plan"
certification prior to 1995, and unable to locate CRDA 1 underdrain
construction certification. Note, there may be some documentation
of underdrain construction in DMG inspection reports from
1981/1982, which should be in archives at Denver office.
6) Relevant sections of DMG inspection reports of June and July,
1994, and June 1995, documenting replacement of required thickness
of refuse cover on reclaimed benches of CRDA 1 and CRDA 2.
