NS&G submits that the
foregoing narrative adequately addresses all points of poten-
tial variance with the Land Design Partnership reclamation
plan.
2. NS&G will commit to stabilize all defined points of
inflow into the permit area , specifically including the point
of inflow from the culvert beneath the railroad, in order to
prevent erosion.
3 . With regard to fertilizer to be applied in the per-
mit area, as indicated under IV. 1 above, NS&G will apply a
fertilizer, the chemical composition of which is established
by appropriate analysis prior to any application.
V. We look forward to your favorable recom-
mendation to the Board and thank you for your cooperation in
processing this permit amendment application. Please do not
hesitate to contact me if you have any remaining questions
concerning the amendment application.
Very truly yours
Micha S.
