NS&G will commit to stabilize all defined points of <br /> inflow into the permit area , specifically including the point <br /> of inflow from the culvert beneath the railroad, in order to <br /> prevent erosion. <br /> 3 . With regard to fertilizer to be applied in the per- <br /> mit area, as indicated under IV. 1 above, NS&G will apply a <br /> fertilizer, the chemical composition of which is established <br /> by appropriate analysis prior to any application. <br /> V. Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs. <br /> NS&G will submit to the Division on or before June 19 , <br /> 1984 a detailed presentation of reclamation costs for the per- <br /> mit area together with a specific proposed bond amount and a <br /> final post-mining topography map. <br /> With this letter , together with the additional material <br /> on bonding costs and the site specific soils report, NS&G has <br /> addressed all of the adequacy concerns reflected in your <br /> May 3 , 1984 letter.
