ANNUAL REPORT - Continue.
Page Two
(3) The number of acres in various stages of reclamation is appr~~ximately
55, all within Parcels 2 and 3.
(4) There has been no revegetation during the past years.
(5) There has been no use of fertilizers, organic material, or soil
conditioners during the past year.
(6) Reclamation of this affected land has been planned and implemented
to provide the amenities for future land use in the form of a~ site
development. This reclamation concept is proceeding
according to plan.
Dust control and abatement has continued to be successful according
to the results of inspections by various agencies. Asphalt j~avement
had previously been completed on the primary haul roads. We will
continue to upgrade our dust abatement equipment as new methods
are introduced by the manufacturers.
(7) With reference to the aerial photo submitted herewith, appro};imately
90 acres, all within Parcels 1, 2, and 3, will continue to bey affected
during this year.
(8) The effective date of the information provided is no more than 45 days
prior to the anniversary date--effective date of information is
February 15, 1981.
Paragraph 2.42
Attached to this Annual Report is our check number 068745 dated February 13,
1981, in the amount of $350.00 payable to the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board, the annual fee for an open pit mining operation.
MOBILE PREMIX
flack Hurlburt ~
Vice President 5 General Manager
Sand b Gravel Division
Report for period ending February 15, 1981.
Jll:ojm
attachments
