REFERENCE 1.
A. Permit N_o. 74-4 Development and Extraction Mining Permit of the
Mined Land Reclamation Board dated February 15, 1977, with amendment
to this permit dated April 25, 1979, including Parcels 3 and 4.
Copy of the letter dated April 26, 1979, confirming approval of the
amendment is attached herewith.
B. Rules and Regulations, Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
(July 1978) Paragraph 2.4 Annual Reports.
GENERAL INFORMATION
There is no change in the type and location of the mine. Also, there has
been no changes of substance in the mining or processing procedures.
REFERENCE 2.
Submitted herewith is one aerial photo, size 14x14 inches (scale 1 inch to
400 feet), flown October 19, 1980, and showing all affected areas with property
boundaries as well as the boundaries of the affected areas, which are Parcel 1
of the processing area and Parcels 2, 3, and 4 of the mining area. No specific
reclamation was contemplated nor projected for completion on the anniversary
date of the permit.
Paragraph 2.41
(1) There have been changes in the location and number of acres affected
during the past year. The mining operations have been confined to
areas which have been previously affected in former years--including
Parcel 3.
(2) There have been no acres specifically reclaimed during the past year.
However, reclamation is directly related to the program for the
extraction of rock within the mining area and the ultimate reclamation
plan is being simultaneously developed by the progress of the mining
activity.
