None of the sediment ponds discharged during the year, therefore there was not flow from CDPS discharge points 005-014. Discharge point 003 was permitted to dewater the old Cameo Mine and has not been used since 1979. Our CDPS renewal application submitted in January 1990 proposes to eliminate 003. Pumping from 002 was discontinued in May 1989 when lining progressed to an elevation higher than the pumping site. In the discharge permit renewal application there is a request to move the 002 discharge point to the old North West intake portal. Mine water was discharged from the Roadside Mine from 3ischarge point 001 during the entire 1990 water year. Table 590-9 shows a monthly summary of discharges from this point. The erratic discharge schedule was not related to changes in mine inflows but changes in the pumping schedule to provide water for consumptive use. Discharge from the Cameo No. 1 Mine continued all year from discharge point 004. Table 590-10 shows a monthly summary of .discharge from this point.
