• <br />RECLAMATION ANNUAL REPORT <br />LY ARRY ,111_ i "' IJ:..~ <br />L COLORADO <br />PERMIT N0. 77208 <br />The purpose of this report is to comply with the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act of 1976, Statute 34-32-112 of House Bill No. 1065. <br />This report follows the outlined requirements found in the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, <br />Section 2.4, covering annual reports. The permit for the Lyons <br />Quarry was issued on 6-4-78. <br />This report shows the areas reclaimed and the new areas opened <br />up in the 1985-86 reporting period. The areas outlined in red are <br />• the mining and stripping areas which are considered major <br />disturbance. The areas outiined in blue represent stockpile and <br />waste dump areas. The areas outlined in green are the areas that <br />have been reclaimed. The cross-hatched areas are areas where new <br />work was performed during this reporting period. <br />The mining and stripping areas which are considered major <br />disturbance include: (A) 75.8 acres in the east portion of the <br />mine opened prior to 1973; (B) 2.3 acres opened in 1977; (C) 7.4 <br />acres in the northern portion of the mine opened in 1976; (E) 14.9 <br />acres opened in 1976; (F) 7.2 acres opened in 1977; (G) 3.2 acres <br />opened in 1978; (AA) 8.2 acres opened in 1979; (BB) 11.0 acres <br />opened in 1980; (CC) 17.6 acres opened in 1980; (EE) 5.9 acres <br />opened in 1982; and (FF) 23 acres opened in 1983. <br />• <br />
