Dept. of Natural Reso::rces <br />Re: Annual Reclamation Report <br />Permit No. 74-86 <br />Dear Board Members: <br />Please find enclosed our annual report, along with an appropriate <br />map indicating our status to date in regard to the above referenced. <br />The phased reclamation schedule <br />proceeding as per original plan <br />on April 16, 1975. <br />under which we are operating is <br />and approved by Jefferson County <br />Physical Appearance <br />Dur present grading and removal operation is being conducted so <br />that the base or floor will be level with the surrounding area. <br />No hole or depression of any depth will be left upon completion <br />of mining. There will be a slight crown left in the middle of <br />the property running North and SDUth so as not to interfere with <br />the natural drainage pattern. <br />Topsoil <br />Topsoil and overburden is presently stockpiled as depicted on the <br />map and being used in the restoration program. <br />We have started to grade and restore the surface area of the <br />initial removal area. The seed mixture being used is in accordance <br />with the previously determined recommendation of T.H.K. and Associates <br />
