Figure 2-3 <br /> illustrates mine s.te disturbed acreage. <br />Areas associated with 1990 activities such as natural gas pipeline <br />ROW (12 acres), and new county access road ROW (30 acres) were <br />also disturbed. A telephone ROW was approved in 1990, and the <br />telephone lin was installed within County Road 83 ROW and access <br />road ROW causing no additional disturbed acreage. Table 2-1 lists <br />disturbed acreage for the NaTec project. <br />2.3.2 Regulatory Compliance <br />Topsoil Storage <br />• All available topsoil was stripped and stockpiled in topsoil <br />embankments for future reclamation of disturbed lands. From the <br />33.5 acres disturbed at the process area, 29.5 acres were stripped <br />of topsoil (33.5 acres less topsoil stoc pile area of 4.0 acres). <br />A total of 42,107 cu. yds. of topsoil was stockpiled. <br />Approximately 10.6 inches of topsoil will be available to cover <br />process area for reclamation. <br /> <br />21 <br />
