It has been a very wet spring. The vegetation cover on the
area north and west of the cuater tank has greatly improved and there are no more rills than previously
reported. The white alkaline residue previously observed has disappeared except within a very small
area. All other areas including the pile and drainage structures appear to be in good condition and stable.
There are no apparent seeps. The day was sunny, about 90°F, calm and the ground surface was damp
from recent rains.
