<br />' 7.6 Weekly Progress Reports <br />' The Engineer's representative will prepare weekly progress reports summarizing construction and <br />quality control activities. This report, which is submitted to the Owner, shall contain, at a <br />' minimum, the following information: <br />t • The date, project name, and location; <br />• A short summary of the week's work activities; <br />• A summary of deficiencies and/or defects and resolutions; <br />' The signature of the Engineer; <br />• Third party laboratory test results, test location, data sheets; and <br />' A short summary will be accompanied by the week's daily reports. <br />' The Owner will submit weekly construction progress reports to the Division each Monday during <br />construction activities. The reports will summarize the activities of the previous week and outline <br />activities for the current week. <br />' 7.7 Certification Report <br />t On a periodic basis the Engineer shall visit the site to assimilate site conditions, review construction <br />' activities, quality assurance and control work and amend or augment the weekly report. This review <br />and documentation shall be included in a monthly report. The Engineer will submit this monthly <br />report to the Owner. In addition, at the completion of the project, the Engineer shall submit a final <br />' certification report. These reports shall certify that the work has been performed in compliance with <br />the construction drawings and Specifications. <br />At a minimum, the monthly and final reports shall contain: <br />' • A summary of all construction activities; <br />• Third Party Laboratory test results; <br />' • Observation and test data sheets; <br />• Sampling and testing location plans; <br />' A description of significant construction problems and the resolution of these problems; <br />• A list of changes from the construction drawings and Specifications, and the justification for <br />' these changes; <br />• Record drawings; <br />• Water test; and <br />' e-3 <br /> <br />
