The Financial War- <br />ranty for this operation is $242,205.00 and the permitted area is <br />689.01 ac. ± and the pit is divided into 19 Reclamation Phases. <br />The bond was reevaluated in October 2004. The map is an excerpt <br />from the large scale maps that are part of the existing permit. <br />Reclamation is progressing as approved in the permit. Three <br />Technical Revisions were filed this year to address borrow from <br />Stage 4 - part B (T.R. #1), reclamation on Phases X, Y & 1 (T.R. <br />#2) and a revised Weed Control Plan (T.R. #3). Each Technical <br />Revision is discussed below. <br />As required in Rule 6.7 the mine permit sign has been <br />installed at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been <br />outlined with red toped posts to delineate the affected lands. <br />Please refer to the attached map for location of the areas <br />discussed in this report. This map does not show the entire <br />permit area, only the area south of the river affected by the <br />operation at this time. Please refer to the map supplied with <br />Technical Revision # 1 when reviewing the text on that T.R.. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regula- <br />tions. <br />(1) Mining continued in Stage 2 - PART B and Stage E covering <br />7.80 acres ± as approved in our plan. Mining was completed <br />on 6.91 ac. ± of Stage 2 - PART B and 0.89 ac. ± in Stage E <br />as shown on the Annual Report Map (\\\). The borrow mate- <br />rial was removed in Stage 4 - PART B for use by the railroad <br />as approved in Technical Revision #1. The Plant Site in <br />Stages W, Z and 2 is still in use (lite green).
