The approximately 51 acres of <br /> old dunp area which were seeded in the spring of 1983 are in the process <br /> of revegitating. <br /> 4. Appraisal of Results of Reclamation Efforts. <br /> Results from the 51 acres of planting have been disappointing so far, but <br /> will be observed for one more season before deciding an reseeding. The <br /> four (4) tree transplants reported in 1983 have all died. It is suspected <br /> that the bermed planting sites trapped too much water. It is planned to <br /> transplant more trees under different conditions in an effort to find a <br /> technique that the trees can survive. <br /> 7. Estimates and Iodation and Number of Acres to be Affected in the Coming Year. <br /> All new disburbance is projected to be in Girt 5, which is already included <br /> in the Major disturbance category. It is estimated 10 acres will be affected. <br /> 8. The effective date of the information provided above, and as outlined on the <br /> included map pcc-1387, is October 1, 1984. <br />
