Such increased frequency shall also be <br />indicated. <br />(f) Oil and Grease Monitorine <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event m oil shin or Floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collected, aaalytrd, and reported oa the appropriate DMR In addition, corrective action shall be takes <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil cad grease. A dexriptioa of the corrective action takes should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />2. Reporting of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.1 shall be oo a monthly bazis. Monitoring results shall be <br />svmmarved for month and reported oa Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms (EPA form 3320- <br />1). The forms shall be mailed to the agencies listed below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the <br />following month. If ao dixharge occurs during the reporting period, 'No Dixharge" shall be reported. <br />The DMR Corms consist of four pages -the top 'original' copy, and three attached no~arbon-required copies.
