BANTA, Dlreotor <br />Re: Bear Co Subs ce & Slope Stability Monitoring Report - December '89 <br />Date: January 23, 1989 <br />To: Matt Hayes <br />From: Jim Pendleton <br />The report was submitted by UTE Engineering S Surveying Company, consultant to <br />Bear Coal Company, The report, as usual, presents a clear and accurate <br />summary of survey data from the subsidence and slope stability monuments at <br />the Bear No. 2 and No. 3 mine sites, The subsidence monuments demonstrate an <br />average of 3/4's of afoot in vertical drop.
