<br />12.2.3 ARCHEOLOGICAL ASSES9~NT <br />If previously unsuspected archaeological <br />resources are identified in .ifie course of the <br />project, the licensee sha1L notify the State <br />Historic Preservation Offer so that the <br />resource may be recorded. <br />12.2.4 FLOOD PLAIN PRCIPECPICN <br />Along with the plans for a new water treatment <br />plant, the licensee shall submit to the <br />Department plans for protecting operations in the <br />100-year flood plain area and plans for <br />containing and collecting contaminated surface <br />run off at the ore crusher-sorter and water <br />treatment plant. <br />12.3 PROCESSING REQUIRFNII27tS <br />12.3.1 PlmDULTICN RATE <br />12.3.1.1 Ore processing shall beat a nominal rate of 650 <br />tons per day. <br />12.3.1.2 Waste Water treatment residues which are <br />radioactive shall be generated at the nominal <br />rate of <br />12.3.2 OPERATING PROCEDURES <br />12.3.2.1 Procedures Manual <br />The licensee shall process in accordance with the <br />procedures manual specified in LC 12.1.7 and <br />approved by the Department. <br />12.3.2.2 Changes In Operatirg Procedures <br />12.3.2.2.1 Evaluation of Impact <br />The licensee shall .prepare a written evaluation <br />of any activity, particularly modifications in <br />operating procedures and equipment, with <br />potential public health aryl environmental impacts <br />not previously assessed, or significantly greater <br />than previously assessed. If significant adverse <br />impacts could result, the licensee shall submit <br />the written evaluation to the Department for <br />review. <br />VII -g- <br />
