<br />12.1.9.2.1 Off-Site Dose Commitment <br />1 The licensee shall provide to the Department a <br />semiannual report on wmpliance with LC 12.3.3, <br />as follows and in accordance with the criteria in <br />Lf: 12.3.3. <br />.2 As necessary, the licensee shall indicate in the <br />report any non-compliance, and what corrective <br />action is being taken if noncanpliance is <br />determined. <br />12.1.9.2.2 Results of All Mill, Environmental aril Personnel <br />bbnitoring Data <br />The licensee shall present all data in such <br />tabular and graphical form that trends may be <br />readily identified. <br />12.1.9.2.3 Results of stack effluent measurements as <br />applicable <br />Reports shall include: <br />.1 Average and maximum (24-hour period) uranium, <br />radium, thorium, and lead concentration (uCi/cc), <br />measured at any effluent release stacks for the <br />6-month periods ending December 31st and <br />June 30th of each year. <br />.2 Average uranium release rate in units of mci/hr - <br />3rd total. quantity of uranium, radium, <br />lead-210, and thorium released in units of mCi, <br />identifying the flow rates used for each of the <br />stacks to calculate the releases. <br />:3 Such other information that may be appropriate to <br />enable the Colorado Department of Health to <br />estimate the maximum potential radiation doses to <br />the public resulting from effluent releases. <br />12.1.9.2.4 Land and Water Use <br />.1 The licensee shall conduct and report a <br />semiannual survey of land and water use (grazing, <br />residences, population density, wells, water <br />systems etc.) in the area within three miles <br />(5 km) of the ore crusher sorter and one mile <br />VII -7- <br />
