5 <br /> <br /> <br />I,C 12.0 <br />O P E R A T I O N A L R E Q U I R E M E N T S <br />12.1 ADMINISTRATIVE <br />12.1.1 TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TITLE <br />12.1.1.1 Requires Pdvance Noti£icafion of Intent <br />The licensee shall provide the Impartment with 30 <br />days advance notification of any proposed change <br />in property lease terms from that referenced in <br />LC 10.1.1. <br />12.1.1.2 Requires Department Authorization <br />No obligation incurred by the licensee pursuant <br />to this license shall be abrogated or altered by <br />any change in the lease terms referenced in <br />LC 10.1.1 without prior written authorization <br />from the Department. <br />12.1.2 USERS <br />12.1.2.1 List of Users <br />The licensee shall maintain with the Department a <br />list of at least three users of the radioactive <br />materials authorized under this license. The <br />users' resumes and documentation of training and <br />experience shall be filed with the Department for <br />review and written authorization. <br />12.1.2.2 Availability of Users <br />12.1.2.2.1 An authorized user shall be on hand at the <br />facility or immediately available at all times. <br />12.1.2.2.2 The Fadiation Safety Officer and technicians <br />shall not be given assignments that are unrelated <br />to the safety and monitoring program. <br />12.1.3 REQUIREMENT'S OF OTITEP. AGENCIES <br />12.1.3.1 Compliance with Other Agencies' Requirements <br />Within the scope of the applicable statute and <br />lawful regulations thereunder, the licensee shall <br />maintain in force all licenses, permits, <br />VII -2- <br />
