The report presents the required semi-annual submittal of the
monitoring information at the Bear No. 3 Mine.
• The report is prepared in the same format as previous submittals. The
information is presented in a clear ano concise manner. The information
indicates that no significant subsidence has occurred, with all apparent
dislocation of monuments being less than the acceptable error limits for a
Second Order, Class II survey (1 part in 20,000). The slope stability
information collected for the monuments installed within the surface portal
facility area of the Bear No. 3 Mine also indicate that no settlement or
movement has occurred.
I recommend that the report be accepted as submitted.
cc: Sue McCannon
Doc No: 9191E
JP/JP
STATE OF COLORADO
n
