(Colowyo) is submitting the Second Quarter 1998 Discharge Monitoring Report to <br />the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environmen[, Water Qualiry Control Division. Colowyo received <br />the DMR forms on August 5, 1998. <br />Discharges occurred at outfalLs OOIA, 002A, 003A, 004A, 007A, 008A, 009A, and OlOA. The self-monitoring data <br />provided on the enclosed DMRs indicate levels above certain discharge permit conditions as indicated and discussed <br />below. Exemptions will be requested for ourfalls OOlA, 002A, 004A, 007A, 009A, and OlOA. Justification for the <br />exemption is related to a storm event occurring June 16-17, 1998. <br />• <br />
