n
i

Data on monument D12 is off by 0.9 feet from the previous
reported figure of 6791.0, shown as 6790.8.
Recommendations:
Monument D12 should be corrected in future reports.
General Trends Observed
The main area of future concern is the accuracy of
transferring data from report to succeeding reports. All future
review should not take it for grantefl that the operator is
providing the correct figures in the following columns:
• Pre-mining elevations
* It would be recommended, should time allow for the
reviewer to review pre-1991 data and re-check this column for
consistency. Since the files are few, and subsidence reports
seem to be missing from the files, this may be a somewhat
arduous and meaningless task. However, future care needs to
be given to this column in particular.
• Previous report
• Survey elevations; last column showing last date
surveyed.
• Total; check against previous reports calculations if
available.
DIII. Format for Future ReAOrts as Discussed with Colin Stewart
A phone conversation with Colin Stewart is synopsized
below:
Empire Energy Corporation has agreed to do the following in
future reports:
1. Locate the original elevation for A and D series monuments.
2. Send to the Division any historical information/data on the
A and D series of monuments.
3. The following changes will be on succeeding reports:
s Include relative monument profiles again. For 1993,
J series also.
e Provide total amount of subsidence from original
elevation, not just since "E° seam mined.
