Is the June 22, <br />1993 value in the April submittal meant to be an April 1995 measurement? <br />Please explain these problems. <br />Again, please recall that field pazameters aze to be collected quarterly. Please be sure to get another <br />field pazameter set by the end of June 1995 to obtain an average of two quarterly measurements for <br />the first half of 1995. Please also ensure that all sampling and reporting is conducted in full <br />compliance with Stipulation No. 18 of the renewal. <br />Finally, Twin Pines Limited may wish to submit a technical revision which requests a reduced or <br />suspended monitoring program. This submittal would need to show that observations are relatively <br />constant for both wells, and that both wells would remain available for future monitoring prior and <br />up to bond release. <br />Please provide your response to this letter as soon as possible.
