We have reviewed the most recent hydrology report submittal dated April 1?, 1995 (received
April 12, 1995). The letter date of April 1?, 1995 appears to be a typographical error. Our
comments follow.
,/1. NPDES Reports
The January ]994 through March 1994 NPDES reports were submitted with a previous
submittal dated July 5, 1994. The most recent submittal includes the July 1994 through
September 1994, and October 1994 through December 1994 NPDES reports.
The April 1994 through June 1994 NPDES reports are missing. Please submit these as soon as
possible.
2. The current hydrology monitoring requirement is shown on page 94a of the permit, revised and
approved as part of Technical Revision No. 5. The requirement is also updated and clazified
with the most recent renewal findings, Stipulation No. 18.
Please recall that field parameter measurements are required quarterly, with a full suite analysis
to be conducted for Well TPW-1 on asemi-annual basis. Based upon the ongoing requirement,
it appears that the following problems exist:
