1.9 Develop an Action Plan and Implementation Schedule for establishing <br /> RMOs and Standards and Guidelines and carrying out recovery and <br /> restoration projects and the monitoring program. <br /> 1.10 Work with public and private resource managers and Federal and state <br /> agencies to implement the action plan. <br /> 1.11 Evaluate ongoing activities for compatibility with RMOs and Standards <br /> and Guidelines, recommend modifications as appropriate. <br /> 1.12 Evaluate progress and report to the orchid Recovery Team. <br /> 2.
