A copy of the <br />letter is enclosed. <br />The Division acknowledged receipt of the 1993 Annual Hydrologic <br />Report by a letter dated April 21, 1994. A copy of the letter is <br />enclosed. <br />The 1994 Annual Hydrologic Report was submitted to the Division <br />by a transmittal letter dated January 31, 1995. A copy of the <br />letter is enclosed. <br />The Division responded to both the 1993 and 1994 Annual <br />Hydrologic Reports with a letter dated February 7, 1995, quoted <br />in part: "Please be advised that the Division may pursue <br />enforcement action for the missing values if a justifiable <br />response about their absence is not received." "Kent's review <br />memo is enclosed and provides more specifics about the Division's <br />concerns." A copy of the letter and the memo is enclosed. <br />From the memo dated February 6, 1995 to Tony Waldron from Kent <br />Gorham: "The operator should include a discussion of the results <br />of monitoring and how it supports or contradicts the probable <br />hydrologic consequences section of the permit. Currently, the <br />operator is onl.v re-iterating the data collected for the year." <br />P.O.
