Based on this demonstration, the <br />ope•ator may request re diction or deletion of the monitoring <br />program or control system. <br />• Mmitoring f~port Requirements <br />• (a) The data collected, including analytical <br />results, shall be tabulated on a site by site basis and kept on <br />file at the mine office for insp°ction by the Division. These <br />data shall be submitted to the Division as required in <br />4.05.13(4) (c ). <br />{b) Ground water and surface water data collection <br />shall be based upon a water year {October 1 through 5°ptem5er <br />30), unless otherwise approved by the Division. <br />(c) A hydrologic report shall be submitted to the <br />Division annually with the date of submittal determined in <br />consul tation with the permittee. The annual hydrologi c report <br />shall contain at a minimum: <br />(i) Water quantity data obtained from each <br />mmitoring site during the water year; <br />(ii) Water quality data obtained from each <br />mmi toying site during the water year; and <br />(iii) If required by the Division, a written <br />interpretation of the data and identification of mining related <br />impacts to the hydrologic balance. <br />•• .4.05.14 T~ans.fer of 1Je7ls: <br />An exploratory or monitoring well may only be transferred <br />by the person who ccndicts surface or underg-ound mining <br />activities for further use as a water well in accordance with <br />the following requirements: <br />
