Waldron February 17, 7995 <br />Re: 1993 and 1991 .lnnual Hydrologic Reports <br />The monitoring records wec•e inspected also on August 12, 1993. <br />The Division had an opportunity at that time to correct the <br />deficiencies resulting from the personnel change in May. <br />The monitoring records were again inspected on October 27, 1993 <br />and March I1, 1994. Copies of relevant portions of the <br />inspection records enclosed. Problems with the monitoring <br />program apnarer.tly came to a point where action was required <br />rollowing the ?;arch 11, 1994 records inspection. "The operator <br />should be aware that the Division expects a reasonable effort to <br />be out forth in trying to obtain surface and groundwater <br />monitoring data a_nd samples.
