A. An amendment has been submitted to change the acreage from 4.0 to <br /> 5. 10 acres, and the final land use from "rangeland" to "corral site", <br /> with rangeland as an alternative land use if the corral is not <br /> constructed. <br /> B. Please review Rule 3.2 for Publication specifications. <br /> 2. The permit specified slopes would be graded no steeper than 4H:1V, <br /> not 2H: 1V. Is the 2H: 1V slopes included as an amendment change? If <br /> slopes will be reclaimed to slopes greater than 3H:1V, please provide <br /> mulching plans (type and rate) . <br /> 3.
