A tract of land lying in Tracts 47 , 50, 51 , 52, and 53 of
Sections 1, 2, and 3, Township 5 South, Range 85 West, Sixth
Principal Meridian, county of Eagle and state of Colorado;
bounded on the northerly side by the approximate centerline of
the Eagle River as it now exists, on the southerly side by the
northerly lines of that certain parcel of land known as the
"Gravel Pit Parcel" and on the west end by the west line of
said Tract 53, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at Corner No. 1, identical with Corner No . 1 of
