Both monitoring well #8 on the north <br />perimeter of the permit azea and monitoring well #8 on the east perimeter have shown <br />little change, particularly #8. Avery shallow (11 ft.), poorly operating nearby alluvial <br />well (not permitted) owned by one of our neighbors has probably dried up due to our <br />dewatering of the mine site. We have taken care of this neighbor by paying for irrigation <br />water during the summer months and will continue to do this as long as we aze impacting <br />the well. Once the clay seal is installed upon our final reclamation, the water level in the <br />well will return. <br />Sufftciency of Value of Financial Warranty <br />The permittee holds a Financial Warranty for the permit through Travelers Casualty and <br />Surety Company of America in the full amount of $678,169.00, a figure sufficient to <br />achieve all reclamation requirements under the current permit. <br />A check in the amount of $688.00 is being submitted with this report to cover the Annual <br />Fee required to maintain this permit in good standing. <br />
