This pit HAS NOT
been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than
180 days this year. There has been no mining within 200 feet of
the Peck Creek tributary canyon as required. The Annual Report map
is an excerpt from the application map showing the Southeast por-
tion of the mine where mining activities are taking place at this
time.
We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report
questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and
the Annual Notice Letter.
(1) The areas disturbed this year are cross hatched and color
coded to match the uses associated their end use. The slab
stone mining area increased by o.65 ac. ± this year. The
mining area increased by 0.65 acres this year. Mining contin-
ued on the 4 field stone areas and the slab stone areas dis-
turbed in past years. Smaller slab rock material continues tc
stockpiled in two areas for hand sorting and processing (yel-
low). The stone yards cover an additional 3.78 ac. ±. We
continue to use the grizzlies setup in 2002 for processing
stone.
