Site visits, including mineral extraction, reclamation, and claim maintenance will be continued <br />throughout the season. <br />Anticipated 2007 Disturbances: <br />An area of about 0.35 acre total will be newly disturbed at Sites A, B, and C. Small, test pits <br />may be continued on the Wolf Fang and Blue Smoky, simi}az to 2006. <br />Approximately 0.3 acre will remain disturbed at Site B, but will be made safe before winter. <br />Other than temporary reseeding, no permanent reclamation will be made at Site B. All other <br />production sites and test pits will be closed, re-contoured and reseeded, except a small azea, <br />about 1,200 square feet, may remain open at Site C. <br />Proposed 2007 Reclamation: <br />All test pits and any excavation at Sites A and Sites C will be filled, re-contoured, and reseeded <br />at the close of the 2007 season for an estimated 0.25 acre total reclamation, except a small area <br />may be left open on Site C. <br />Additionally, we will plant approximately 40 Douglas fir and ponderosa pine on Sites L and E on <br />the Blue Smoky and on the test pits on the Wolf Fang that were opened during 2006. <br />About 50 mixed wild rose, mountain mahogany, and wax currant shrubs will also be planted. <br />Sufficiency of Bond: <br />A reclamation bond of $ 20,696 is set aside with the State of Colorado along with a $900 bond <br />with the U.S.F.S. to cover annual reclamation efforts for this mining permit.
