Measurements of selected physical parameters of the pond were made with an Abney level, <br />Philadelphia rod, cloth tape, and compass. <br />f5~ A statement of certinent professional observations and conclusions made during the completion of the <br />certl~cation. <br />The condition of the pond appears to be little changed over the past year. At the time of the 4th quarterly <br />inspection, vegetation cover on the structure had been grazed off.
